SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 9am-5pm EST
Pay Rate: $18-20 hour depending on previous experience
Sales Support Admin Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce to log and update tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with team members to track and manage ongoing projects
- Receive and process sample orders efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with basic account management tasks, including updating customer information
- Provide support to the sales team by maintaining customer records
Sales Support Admin Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
