Job Details for the Cash Application Specialist:
- Pay Rate: $24/hour
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST
- Full-Time: Temp to Perm
Job Responsibilities for the Cash Application Specialist:
- Enter and process lockbox, credit card, ACH, and EFT payments as necessary
- Gather, process and enter daily Credit Card Transaction into Portal
- Process/Setup new auto credit card requests and follow up as required
- Back up for unapplied cash resolution processing
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements for the Cash Application Specialist:
- At least one year of experience within Cash Applications, payment posting, invoicing, or AR/AP.
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts related to billing and cash applications required
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Extremely efficient with strong data entry skills
- Customer Service experience
- High degree of professional integrity; really cares about getting the right answer
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
