Position Overview:
The HR Compliance Processor supports the compliance program by handling administrative tasks in the Human Resources department. This role includes processing and reviewing background checks, uploading documents, and ensuring all procedures follow legal requirements.
HR Compliance Processor Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-4:00PM. 30–40-hour work week.
- Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour
- Type: Contract until December with opportunity to go permanent.
HR Compliance Processor Job Description:
- Communicates with employees and volunteers to answer questions and help them understand compliance policies.
- Ensures compliance with background check policies and Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law by managing document collection, tracking progress, and auditing data for accuracy, while also responding to inquiries and assisting with training sessions.
- Handles special projects, manages communication systems, participates in educational opportunities to enhance departmental processes, and ensures all tasks are completed within specified deadlines.
HR Compliance Processor Job Requirements:
- At least three years of related administrative experience.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills and the ability to absorb and apply information quickly. Strong computer and keyboarding skills, proficiency in MS Excel.
- High school diploma/GED required.
