What You'll Do:
- Perform quality checks and identify/correct any inefficiencies in the assembly process.
- Utilize hand-soldering techniques and operate various bench tools.
- Document and report damaged products.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand your skillset.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly role
- Prior soldering experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt to new tasks
- Proficiency with hand tools and hand-soldering techniques
