Position Details – Machine Operator:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $16-$20/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities – Machine Operator:
- Load springs into grinding machines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adjust machine height settings to meet product specifications.
- Operate grinding machines to flatten and smooth springs, removing imperfections.
- Monitor grinding processes to ensure quality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment for peak performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications – Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with grinding machines or similar equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications or blueprints.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
