Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (multiple shifts between 8am-8pm)
- Pay: $17.45-$19.62/hour
- No Weekends
As a Customer Service & Benefits Verification Specialist, you will:
- Verify patient insurance coverage through outbound calls to payers and pharmacy benefit managers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, interacting with patients, physicians, and/or pharmacies.
- Provide clear and compassionate customer service, sharing benefit details with both internal and external teams.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of coverage information through live documentation updates.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience handling inbound/outbound calls is preferred.
- Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
