Welder / Fabrication Technician
Location: Yorktown/Graton area
Pay Rate:$25/hr+
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (6-Month Evaluation Period)

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Welder / Fabrication Technician to join a growing team that serves more than 25 different industries. Schedule
- Production Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Monday - Friday
- 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication work according to production specifications.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including band saws and other shop machinery.
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
- Assist with the assembly and preparation of industrial pump systems and related components.
- Support crating and packaging operations for shipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a visible, collaborative production environment.
Qualifications
- Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Ability to read measuring devices and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Must be a rule follower with a safety-first mindset.
- Forklift experience is not required; training will be provided.
