- Work a consistent Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm schedule and enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, count, and load metal parts onto powder coating racks according to work orders and production specifications.
- Prepare hanging stations, racks, hooks, and materials needed for upcoming production runs.
- Verify incoming material counts, inspect parts for quality issues, and ensure products meet customer requirements before entering the coating process.
- Complete production paperwork, hanging sheets, work orders, and time records accurately.
- Communicate quality concerns and production issues with team leaders, inspectors, and material handlers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting in other departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read work instructions, complete paperwork accurately, and perform basic math calculations.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work independently while following directions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, stand throughout the shift, and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working around moving equipment and occasional heat exposure.
