Job Details for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F
- Hybrid Schedule
- 4 Days in Office
- 1 Day Work from Home
- Pay: Competitive - Based on expereince - $24 - 26 / hr
Job Description for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Handles outbound calls to customers to collect on past due payments.
- Monitors accounts receivable summary for delinquency through related reports on a daily basis.
- Initiates appropriate collection activity via past due notices, telephone, and email correspondence.
- Initiates, tracks and maintains all records/files associated with collection activities for each account to include negotiated payment schedules, telephone call documentation and collection letters.
Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- HS Diploma, College degree or coursework preferred.
- At least 1+ years of corporate accounts receivable and/or business to business collections experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Successful completion of Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check
