Facilities Manager Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
- Salary: $90-$110K per year
- Direct Hire - Permanent position

Facilities Manager Job Description:
- Research and estimate costs of facilities projects, labor, equipment, and materials
- Oversee design projects and ensure compliance with all codes and contracts
- Coordinate and oversee workflow of all departments including plant operations
- Perform daily facility inspections
- Maintain records and documentation of facility use, maintenance schedule, construction records and address any issues
- Maintain open dialogue with internal departments to foster strong relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Facilities Manager Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Min 5 years’ experience in related field
- Strong understanding of facilities planning principles along with local, state and federal building codes/regulations
- Strong knowledge of building design, construction and industrial maintenance
- Strong communication and time management skills
