We're seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met during their assigned shift.
Pay: $30-35/hr
Shifts Available:
Tuesday-Thursday: 6PM/7PM - 6AM/7AM
Friday-Sunday: 6AM - 6PM
Friday-Sunday: 6PM - 6AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support production employees
- Monitor production output and workflow
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Coach and train team members
- Address performance and operational issues
- Partner with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in GMP and/or food manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to work assigned shift schedule
