The ideal candidates will have experience doing setups, fabricating and welding metal components from blueprints and engineering drawings while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This position plays a key role in the manufacturing process by producing precision-welded assemblies and fabricated products for their customers.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19-$25/hour based on experience

Welder Job Description:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Set up and operate welding equipment to achieve quality welds that meet specifications.
Welder Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes.
