Maintenance Associate
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime available as needed

What You'll Do:
- Assist with facility and equipment maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance projects
- Support general facility upkeep and maintenance needs
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Entry-level maintenance or mechanically inclined candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with mechanical maintenance, facility maintenance, or repairs
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic troubleshooting
- Exposure to electrical systems, forklift operation, or equipment repair is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Work Environment:
- Steel-toe boots required
- Hands-on manufacturing environment
