What You'll Do
✅ Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
✅ Enter and maintain orders in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
✅ Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, and delivery details
✅ Track open orders and provide status updates to customers
✅ Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Credit teams
✅ Handle returns, credits, and customer account documentation
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of B2B customer service, order processing, or sales support experience
✔ Strong ERP experience required (SAP highly preferred)
✔ Experience managing orders from receipt through shipment
✔ Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience preferred
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule
🕗 Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
