A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily production, shipping, and logistics operations. This role is responsible for overseeing staff, managing workflow, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and team performance
- Manage schedules, workflow, and production deadlines
- Coordinate shipping, packaging, and order fulfillment
- Monitor equipment and assist with basic maintenance
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Identify process improvements and resolve operational issues

Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse leadership experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with shipping, logistics, or inventory management preferred
