What You'll Do
✅ Set up & operate CNC grinding/machining equipment
✅ Inspect precision parts using micrometers, calipers & gauges
✅ Make minor program edits and machine offsets
✅ Work with tight tolerances and high-quality standards
✅ Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
✔ 5+ years CNC machining experience
✔ CNC setup experience required
✔ Ability to read work instructions and process sheets
✔ Experience with precision measuring tools
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
✔ High School Diploma or GED
Shift Details
🕖 Training: 1st Shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) for ~90 days
🌙 Permanent Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM-3:30 AM
