Job Responsibilities & Description for Shipping ,Receiving:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders according to company and customer requirements.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory updates.
- Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing goods.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Rayoungtek Scanner Operation
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements for: Shipping. Receiving
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
