Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members in person, over the phone, and through various service channels.
- Process membership transactions, foreign currency exchanges, passport photo services, and other member-related requests accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare travel resources, including marked maps and promote travel products and member benefits.
- Support retail operations by selling travel store merchandise, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is prepared for daily business activities.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally, assist with call center operations, and provide administrative support as needed to ensure excellent member service.
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel to Wyomissing, PA
