Job Details for Bookkeeper:
- Monday-Friday 8a-430p
- $18-22/hr.
- Business Casual Dress Code

Job Responsibilities for Bookkeeper:
- Prepare cash deposits and fill out daily cash position sheet
- Post revenue by verifying and entering transactions to accounting software
- Monitor and verify aged receivable report and accounts receivable customer information
- Research and resolve customer account discrepancies
- Reconcile cash and balance sheet accounts
- Create invoices for customers; resolving discrepancies
- Resolve collection issues for delinquent accounts
- Maintain and manage payroll reimbursement records; along with medical staff time records
Job Requirements for Bookkeeper:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- 5+ years’ experience required
- Strong knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
