What You Bring:

ā 5+ years of HR experience
ā Experience partnering with senior leadership
ā Strong employee relations, coaching, and problem-solving skills
ā Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and HR analytics
What You'll Do:
ā¢ Advise leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
ā¢ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
ā¢ Lead employee relations and performance management efforts
ā¢ Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
