Machine Operators - Hiring for Day & Night Shifts

Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $17.00+/hour (based on position, shift, and experience)
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedules
- Overtime and weekend work available
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging or slitting machines
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect product quality throughout production runs
- Load raw materials and remove finished product
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience
- Experience operating production, packaging, converting, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
- Stable and reliable work history required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to stand for the entire 12-hour shift
- Must be able to lift 35+ lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
