Quality Control Technician - Hiring for Day & Night Shifts

Pay & Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $22.00/hr
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $23.00/hr
- 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule
- Consistent full-time hours
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality and food safety standards throughout production
- Conduct quality inspections and document findings accurately
- Monitor critical control points and respond to quality concerns
- Perform sanitation inspections and verification activities
- Ensure accuracy of labels, date codes, fill levels, and packaging
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods for quality compliance
- Collect and organize production samples and records
- Work closely with production and operations teams to maintain quality standards
- Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Stable and reliable work history
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs as needed
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and maintain accurate documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing quality environments
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, or other quality systems
- Experience performing product inspections and quality documentation
