Customer Service Representative Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $19/HR

Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls
- Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years call center/customer service experience
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
