MIG Welder Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience

MIG Welder Job Description:
- Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
- Fabricate and assemble components according to production specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure, fit, tack, and weld components accurately
- Use grinders, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Make adjustments or corrections as needed to meet specifications
- Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper welding practices
- Work closely with other production team members to meet quality and production goals
- Complete additional fabrication and production duties as assigned
MIG Welder Job Requirements:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Previous manufacturing, fabrication, structural, or production welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and measurements
- Comfortable using welding, grinding, and fabrication tools
- Ability to produce consistent, quality welds
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime when needed
- Willingness to complete a weld test as part of the hiring process
