Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift positions available
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 an hour, depending on experience

CNC Horizontal Mill Operator Job Description:
- Set up and operate CNC horizontal milling machines to manufacture precision components
- Load and unload materials and finished parts from CNC equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and machining specifications
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments
- Monitor machine operations, speeds, feeds, and tooling to maintain production and quality standards
- Inspect in-process and finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and close-tolerance specifications
- Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues and make necessary machine adjustments
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all company safety procedures
CNC Horizontal Mill Operator Job Requirements:
- Previous CNC horizontal mill experience required
- CNC machine setup experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Experience working with close-tolerance machined parts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain production and quality expectations
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
