💼 Open Position: Customer Service Representative
💰 $20.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire
⏰ Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
📅 Work Days: Monday - Friday
🛠 What You'll Do:
- Answer a high volume of inbound consumer calls while providing backup support for commercial customers, healthcare facilities, and resellers
- Process orders, returns, quotes, part number creation, and order status inquiries
- Research products and parts while identifying vendors and sourcing solutions for customer needs
- Assist walk-in customers and provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
- Follow up on quotes, open orders, vendor inquiries, emails, and customer requests to ensure timely resolution
✔ What We're Looking For:- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience processing orders, returns, quotes, and researching physical products (not services)
- Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally
