Woodworking Machine Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience

Woodworking Machine Operator Job Description:
- Mill lumber to a variety of customer specifications, dimensions, and profiles
- Set up, adjust, and operate woodworking and milling machinery to achieve required dimensions and finishes
- Manufacture custom wood products while meeting quality standards and production deadlines
- Operate equipment such as moulders, sanders, resaws, rip saws, planers, and table saws
- Catch, stack, sort, and organize lumber as it exits machinery
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer and company specifications
- Operate a forklift to move lumber, materials, and finished products throughout the facility
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
Woodworking Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- Previous millwork, woodworking, manufacturing, or lumber industry experience preferred
- Experience with woodworking or general shop equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and production specifications, or willingness to learn
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn different machinery
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull lumber and materials throughout the workday
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely and meet production deadlines
