Quality Assurance Lead
Direct Hire Opportunity
Pay: $23-$26/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm (can be flexible start/end times)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a warehouse/manufacturing environment. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for maintaining SOPs, identifying process gaps, analyzing data, products, and partnering with operations to improve efficiency and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality and compliance initiatives across operations
- Create, maintain, and audit SOPs
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with operations teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance or Operations Management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience creating and auditing SOPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Leadership potential and desire for career growth
- Ability to travel for training
