Up to $21/Hour for Machine Operators in Pottstown!
1st Shift is Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift is Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM - training on 1st shift for a couple of months
Pay Rate: $17 - $21/hour
- Stage all necessary materials required to blend resin
- Blend all the materials according to Product Specifications
- Molds are cleaned of flashing and prepared for casting of thermoset resins
- Mold surfaces are conditioned with release agents.
- Mold is reassembled and prepared for casting
- Mixed ingredients are either injected or poured into the mold
- Material is cured in a set time, parts demolded, and the process repeated.
- Molds are to be handled properly to maintain both the highest quality product and the mold integrity
- Sufficient mechanical dexterity and mathematical skills to mold parts
- Maintain molds and mold surfaces
- Treat mold surfaces with release agents, as required
- Carefully remove parts to ensure minimum breakage and to retain dimensional stability.
- Annotate all molded products with specified markings
- Record information on production data sheets
- Place removed parts under flattening plates
- Cut beams to required dimensions as directed
