Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
- Inspect, verify, and prepare outgoing shipments for accurate and secure delivery
- Receive, unpack, and document incoming merchandise
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and report discrepancies
- Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage areas
- Label shipments and allocate products to designated locations or customer orders
- Build pallets and crates to ensure safe transportation of materials
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment according to safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory management and general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
- Current forklift certification required
- Experience building pallets and crates
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable work ethic and positive team attitude
- Steel-toe boots required
