PeopleShare is seeking dependable, hardworking Material Handlers for a growing industrial manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Schedule
Training Schedule
🕒 Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
All new hires must be available to complete training on this shift.
Regular Schedule
After training, employees may be assigned to:
✅ 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
OR
✅ 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Shift Includes
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
Occasional Saturdays or evening shifts may be required for special projects.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and mask surfaces before coating
- Use hand and power tools, including:
- Sanders
- Drills
- Impact wrenches
- Hang parts for blasting, painting, and powder coating
- Move products between production areas
- Package finished products for shipment or pickup
- Store materials safely and securely
- Read and follow work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
