Inventory Control Associate
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:45 PM
Overtime: Available daily (up to 5pm) and mandatory Saturdays as needed
Are you detail-oriented, comfortable working at heights, and experienced with warehouse equipment? We're hiring an Inventory Control Associate to help maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Inventory Control Responsibilities
- Operate order pickers, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Use RF scanners to track and verify product locations
- Conduct bin audits, location checks, and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Verify product quality and apply quality labels as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
Requirements for Inventory Control Associates
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience operating order pickers and/or reach trucks required
- Comfortable working at heights of 30+ feet
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently
- Basic math and reading skills
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- RF scanner experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
