Location: Belcamp, MD
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (all shifts run until work is completed)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shift Lead to join a busy and growing warehouse team in Belcamp, MD. The Shift Lead will oversee daily operations, support warehouse associates, and help ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met. This hands-on Shift Lead role combines leadership, warehouse operations, forklift operation, and administrative responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and support a team of 5-6 warehouse associates to ensure daily productivity and operational goals are achieved.
• Serve as the primary Shift Lead on the floor by providing guidance, training, and supervisory support.
• Address employee questions, workforce concerns, and operational challenges throughout the shift.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift and assist with warehouse activities as needed.
• Complete administrative and clerical duties from a workstation located in the warehouse.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP to maintain reports, track metrics, and update operational data.
• Support inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling functions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Work closely with management to ensure the Shift Lead team meets company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate a hands-on leadership style by actively assisting warehouse associates whenever needed.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar warehouse leadership role required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage employees.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift; reach truck experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Overtime: Frequent and required
Dress Code: Warehouse casual attire with steel-toed boots required (no steel-toed shoes)
