Position Details

Title: Reach Truck & Cherry Picker Operator
Location: Burlington, NJ 08016
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Some mandatory weekends as needed

Job Summary

This is a hands-on warehouse role requiring experience operating both Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks (CROWN equipment). Candidates must successfully complete an on-site equipment evaluation on both machines before placement. Individuals who do not pass the assessment will not be considered for this position but may be considered for alternate warehouse opportunities if available.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks.
Pick, pull, replenish, stock, and put away inventory.
Move materials throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment.
Utilize RF scanners to complete inventory transactions and order fulfillment.
Prepare products for shipping and support shipping/receiving operations.
Maintain productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
Work at elevated heights and maneuver equipment safely within warehouse racking systems.
Follow company policies and warehouse procedures at all times.

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of recent Cherry Picker experience.
Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck experience.
Previous warehouse experience in picking, replenishment, stocking, shipping, or receiving.
Ability to operate both machines proficiently and pass an equipment skills assessment.
Comfortable working at heights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
