Blender Helper & Packer Helper
Looking for a hands-on role with variety? Join our production team as a Floater, supporting both blending and packing operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with blending and packaging operations based on daily production needs
- Verify ingredients, batch weights, labels, and packaging specifications
- Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and production procedures
- Complete production and packaging documentation accurately
- Clean and sanitize equipment, production rooms, and work areas
- Support multiple departments and work with team members across production areas
- Report safety, quality, or food safety concerns promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs/ladders, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts as production demands require
Work Environment:
- Food manufacturing facility with noise, dust, machinery, forklifts, and varying temperatures
- Physical, fast-paced role requiring flexibility between blending and packing departments
