What You'll Do:
✅ Tie and bend rebar cages
✅ Assemble, strip, clean, and prepare concrete forms
✅ Pour, level, vibrate, and finish concrete
✅ Patch and repair finished concrete products
✅ Use hand and power tools safely (grinders, drills, impact guns, saws)
✅ Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
✅ Assist with forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
✔ Manufacturing, construction, concrete, or industrial experience preferred
✔ Ability to safely use hand and power tools
✔ Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Team player with a willingness to learn
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Work Environment:
🔹 Heavy industrial manufacturing setting
🔹 Exposure to dust, noise, heat, cold, and moving equipment
🔹 Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
