Winder Operator
Join our manufacturing team and help produce high-quality finished products in a fast-paced environment!
What You'll Do:
- Operate winding equipment to produce plastic strap coils to specifications
- Monitor product quality using measuring tools and visual inspections
- Package, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Stock production lines with materials as needed
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate counts
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently
Work Environment:
- Production setting with moving machinery and varying temperatures
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Required use of safety equipment, including hearing and eye protection
- Overtime and weekend work may be available
