Grinder Operator

What You'll Do:

Operate grinding equipment to process recyclable plastic materials
Sort and identify materials for recycling or disposal
Label containers according to product specifications
Assist production team members as needed
Follow safety, quality, and workplace procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized
Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Forklift certification or willingness to complete training

Work Environment:

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Loud production environment requiring hearing and eye protection
Overtime and weekend work may be available
