Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our warehouse and production team in Romeoville, IL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that helps deliver quality products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products for shipment
- Repack items as needed
- Palletize finished products
- Separate damaged goods and defective items
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required
