Job Summary for the Industrial Painter:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Bristol, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial painting experience and be comfortable preparing surfaces, operating spray paint equipment, and painting commercial waste equipment such as balers and compactors. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering consistent hours and competitive pay.
Industrial Painter Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed
- Operate spray paint guns and related painting equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply paint and coatings to commercial waste equipment, including balers and compactors
- Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards
- Inspect completed work for coverage, consistency, and defects
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Experience using spray paint guns in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to prepare surfaces for painting and perform finish work
- Knowledge of industrial paints, coatings, and painting techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment
