STEM Instructor (Part-Time)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
- 2–3 days per week
- 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
PeopleShare is hiring a STEM Instructor for a local recreation center!
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging STEM activities, such as coding, robotics, engineering, and 3D printing
- Create fun, educational lesson plans and activities
- Encourage teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving
- Support student projects and track program participation
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Interest in STEM, technology, engineering, or related fields
- Willingness to learn and teach new concepts
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
