Our office is partnered with a leading financial company in Whitehall, PA in their search for an Administrative Assistant.
Administrative Assistant Details:
- Pay: Starting Rate $21
- Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

- Schedule:
Summer Schedule (July through Labor Day)
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday (June & July): 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
August: Office closed on Fridays
Tax Season Schedule(Last week of January through April 15)
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday (Rotating): 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
During tax season, employees will work rotating Saturdays and two evenings per week.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Assist with bookkeeping-related tasks as needed
- Complete projects independently and report progress in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management
- Deliver exceptional client service
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain organized and precise records.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
