A well-established, family-owned and operated bottling company in Baltimore, MD is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are moved, stored, and shipped efficiently. The ideal Warehouse Associate is safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport pallets of product.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
Stack and unstack cases of bottled water.
Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with fellow Warehouse Associates and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable transportation.
Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a warehouse environment preferred.
Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to lift, move, stack, and handle products throughout the shift.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
