Hiring Experienced CNC Machine Operator | $20/hr + OT | 4-Day Week

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in CNC punch/laser environments. This role is ideal for candidates who can work independently, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure precision in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Technical Expertise:
- Strong blueprint reading skills, including interpreting dimensions, tolerances, and revision changes
- Ability to determine material types, thicknesses, and feature placement from drawings
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and standard measuring devices
- Solid understanding of CNC punch and/or laser cutting processes
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour with overtime opportunities
- Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities for the Machine Operator:
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC punch and laser machines to meet production specifications
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure accurate part production
- Select, install, and maintain punch tooling, ensuring proper condition and performance
- Monitor machine operations closely, identify irregularities, and resolve minor faults
- Execute proper machine startup, shutdown, and recovery procedures
- Load and position sheet metal materials safely while maintaining workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of CNC punch, laser, or similar machine operation experience preferred
- Trade school or technical training in manufacturing, machining, or electrical disciplines is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
