We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support patients within a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping others, providing accurate information, and working in a structured, team-oriented setting.
Monday- Friday, $19-$20.90/hr , 8 hour shiift between 8am-8pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies
- Assist patients with medication orders, refill requests, and general inquiries
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding prescriptions and services
- Review patient profiles and update information in the system
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
Qualifications:
- Previous call center, customer service, or healthcare support experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
