Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Communicate with customers, process orders, and resolve issues
Manage accounts, including order changes, inventory tracking, and records
Monitor delivery performance and order status while supporting operations
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
Basic computer and office skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain productivity
Available to work overtime as needed and able to lift up to 25 lbs
