Precast Laborer - Heavy Labor –Equipment Operator
Location: Telford, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start (10-hour days + overtime)
Pay: $23.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities for Precast Laborer
Operate equipment used in the production of precast concrete products
Assist in pouring, forming, finishing, and stripping concrete forms
Perform heavy labor including lifting, moving materials, and handling molds
Set up and break down forms and molds according to specifications
Ensure concrete products meet quality and safety standards
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Requirements Precast Laborer
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or precast concrete preferred
Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and machinery
Must be able to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs regularly)
Comfortable working in outdoor/industrial environments in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
Ability to work overtime as needed
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
