Production Associate Details:
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:15am
- Pay: Starting Rate $20
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Allentown, PA
Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Rack, hang, lift, and remove finished paper and laminated (Vboard) products from production lines
- Accurately count, sort, and package materials according to company and customer specifications
- Inspect products for quality, including proper lamination, structural integrity, and defects
- Prepare skids before machine startup; stack, band, wrap, and stage materials for shipping
- Support machine operators to maintain production flow, including assisting with setup and changeovers
- Handle all materials carefully to ensure quality and prevent damage
- Assist team members and support other departments as needed in a fast-paced environment
Production Associate Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving paper materials
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
