Builder/ Construction Associate Job Details:
- Assemble wall panels, frames, and building components
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Read tape measures and follow simple instructions
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
Builder/ Construction Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to follow verbal or written instructions
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, measure)
- Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work on foot and in a warehouse setting
