Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Work 2 Saturdays per month
- When scheduled on Saturday, receive 1 day off during the week
- Schedule provided a month in advance

Customer Service Representative Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. This role focuses on helping customers, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records while developing expertise in company products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide information regarding products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and product-related issues
- Document and update customer records accurately
- Maintain detailed interaction notes within company systems
- Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, or related experience
- Office-based customer service experience preferred
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
- Retail candidates with 1-2+ years in a consistent position are encouraged to apply
- Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
